Our 2nd Halloween

We had a great Halloween! It started out with a parade at Abigail and Ansley's school. All of the children were dressed up and came in the main play area and sang a few songs. Everyone looked precious! Later that day, we had a "holiday" party in their class. We enjoyed lots of yummy goodies! Finally, we made it home and trick or treated around our cul-de-sac and then went to Nanny and Granddaddy's to get some goodies there. The girls liked to play in the candy bowl but weren't too happy when we had to give some of it to our trick or treaters! :)

(The girls love Mr. Scott's big pumpkin. We would have to go see it every day when we would get home.)
A decent family picture (minus Abigail's finger in her nose...and, yes, she is on the wrong side!)
Ansley: "Abigail, I know there is something in here. Let me find it for you."
Ansley: "Here it is, Abigail!"

Aunt "Ninny" and "Hunky Matt"
Nana and Granddaddy

Last year as ladybugs and this year as butterflies. See how much they've grown?! Maybe next year we'll try something without antennas and wings!

Abigail and Ansley love this push toy. It's not actually made to ride on, but the girls have invented a new way to use it. One of them will sit on the front while the other pushes it across the room. They aren't great at steering yet though!

A picture of the girls pumpkins, which were inspired by their costumes. Abigail and Ansley check out the finished products.
