Catching Up
It has been a while since you have heard from us so we thought we would write a little bit to catch up.
Our dear Great Grandma Johns passed away on Sunday, February 4. We travelled to Arkansas to spend time with friends and family and to attend the funeral. Below is a picture collage of Grandma and another with Grandma Johns, Mommy, and Daddy at our baby shower. She was a very special lady and loved to quilt! She was so talented!
Last Friday, February 9, was our Papa Mitchell's 83rd birthday. He is such a sweet man and takes wonderful care of our Nanny, who is very sick. We sent this picture in our birthday card to Papa...nice snot and drool Ansley. :)
Ansley came down with a fever last weekend and somehow the rest of the family managed to escape it. She got to go with Daddy to work and was a little too much help with the phone calls. She seemed to enjoy snatching Daddy's headset off! She also managed to have a leaky diaper while in his lap...thank goodness it was only #1! :) Luckily, Nana came to his rescue!
Mommy and Daddy keep saying that we are developing some crazy personalities. We have figured out that if we scream (Ansley) or whine (Abigail) really loud that someone will come running. We try not to laugh when they get to us, but we can't help it! It's too funny. We can almost sit up by ourselves, but then we get a little too excited and fall over. We think everything is funny and love to be tickled by Daddy. Everyone also keeps saying how we have chubby cheeks, double chins, big bellies, and thunder thighs. We guess they can get by with that for now!
We apologize for taking such a long time between posts! We appreciate all of you that continue to check in with us!
Lots of love,
Abigail and Ansley

Sorry a/ab grandma johns. That's never easy.
But on a happy note, the flowers for all of the girls were a cute idea!
